We use Google's Material Symbols icons through the material-symbols package.
Specifically, they are used in the rounded
style.
To use icons in your application, make sure you are using a recent version of the material-symbols
package, and look up the name of the icon you want to use here.
This package is maintained by Ravindra Marella.
This font uses a typographic feature called ligatures, which allows rendering an icon glyph simply by using its textual name.
The Google team responsible for the icons updates them periodically, and there is a changelog you can visit if needed. It is also available in JSON format, maintained by Stefan Schmitt.
In a button, we use the icon
@Input
of the aocUiButton
directive:
<button aocUiButton label="Add empty row" icon="add_box" (click)="handleNewLine()">
And to use an icon directly:
volume_up
